I bet the flop (two diamonds and a straightdraw).

He could have Jx or picked up a draw with Kd, since the flop went c/c/c. I like the check, because you get a chance to stack him if another diamond comes on the river and you'll let him bet the river with weaker jacks.

I bet $4 on the river and fold to a raise. If he has the flush or QJ he would probably not risk you checking behind (you've only called so far). If he has QX or JX he might call since you've under repped your hand a bit.

That's ok too, I agree a vbet is kind of thin.

I don't understand why you didn't bet the flop. Two guys checked to you, it seems like a 3/4 pot sized bet has a good chance of taking it down right there.

His surprise turn bet says that the Jd helped him, so it's likely that he either has a J or that got him a flush or a flush draw. A draw is a lot more likely than the flush itself, especially since he called your raise preflop, making two suited cards a pretty small part of his range.

I think you're probably best on the river-- you beat/tie any jack pair and I don't think a flush is likely--but nobody is going to call you with anything less than second pair, so I would check as well.

Based on your line, check behind river. You could c-bet that flop, but multi-way checking with position isn't horrible (I assume your standard is to c-bet most flops).
