Paypal transfer to Netspend card

Has any ever transferred money from their paypal account to their netspend account? Netspend offers this on their website and I set it up but I am not sure if actually works or not. I entered all of the bank account info in to my paypal account and submitted it. Then I went back and it said that paypal was no longer accepting withdrawals to this account. I only saw this message once and since I have been back the error message doesn't show up. Has anyone had any experience with this?
