Default Buying In Short

Lately I've been hearing a lot of people talking about the profitability of buying in short. Is this because it reduces implied odds? I always thought that buying short looked like scared money and attracted aggression. Any thoughts?

Default Re: Buying In Short

When buying-in short you commit yourself to the pot on PF/flop easily, making it easier to play. And since you'll push a lot of times on flop, and as villain will only hit one pair 36% on flop, you'll put your money ahead the most.

A nice hand/opportunity selection and profit isn't a bit hard.

Of course your grind will be slower..
