Default noob flops underfull

Still getting my feet wet in plo. Not quite sure how to handle these situations, especially oop. On the turn villian only has $28 left. Bet pot and hope villian has trip 8s or check call/fold to an all-in?

Just pot. They will usually call with any 8 this short. Basically in this situation you are putting him all in on the dark on the turn unless an 8 pops up.

Yeah with villain having this little money left you got to put him in. If he has an 8 hes played it pretty passivly, so you just got to hope the queen didnt hit him.

If he has you covered I would check the turn for sure. He has an 8 here almost every time and you don't want to pot it and face a big raise you can't call. If he check turn behind you I would probably check on the river again and possibly call a bet. If he bets the turn behind your check I probably just drop here. Hes played it pretty passive up to this point so its safe to assume he hit the boat. Of course your read on how agg he is might influence a call down.
