SNGPT non analyzable hands
Hello,
i just bought sngpt and wanted to try it. But half of the imported FT hands are not analyzable. Is this normal? The program is pretty worthless if it is |

Re: SNGPT non analyzable hands
It is meant to analyze push/fold situations. It won't tell you how to play a mid overpair with a PSB behind..

Re: SNGPT non analyzable hands
SNG Wiz will let you analyse hands with a limp or raise in front.

Re: SNGPT non analyzable hands
Hi SvenM,
SNGPT was the first ICM software on the market created by SNG pioneer Eastbay, and it is a very valuable program for analyzing open-pushing situations or calls from a single pusher. So while PT is far from "worthless," I do have to say Wizard has greater functionality at this point. It allows you to assess the expected equity of resteals, over-calling shoves in multiple-opponent scenarios, etc. The graphical interface is also more user-friendly, although that is a secondary concern. I own both programs, but for these reasons I use SNG Wizard as my default ICM software. Best Regards, Collin |

Re: SNGPT non analyzable hands
At the small buyins its very rare that there is no limp/raise before you, so for ME its nearly worthless.
Too bad i didnt read about that before i bought it. Cant affort to get both programs. |
