"Boulevard 500" today, a $550 live tourney with 388 entrants. Starting stacks are 10k starting blinds 25/50, lots of play.

Last hand before break 2 hours in. Blinds 75/150, 2 people limp. I have about 12k and raise to 700 with AA, blinds fold, first limper folds, second limper pushes for ~7k, I instacall. He flips QTo and has the nuts since the money gets dragged to him when the hand is over.

That leaves me with about 4200 when we go for break. We come back from break and I fold for about an orbit until i get AdQd UTG. Raise to 600 with 100/200 blinds. All fold to BB who calls. Flop Ac3h5h. He check calls 600. Turn Qs (sweet). He check calls 1000. River 2c (uhoh?) He shoves I call instantly since Im not [censored] leaving myself with 2200 behind with top 2 pair into a 6k pot. He shows A4o, NH.

I agree I'm not sure AA warrants an instacall here I'd think about it for a bit.

fold AA pf, in all likelihood he has 6 outs and you only have 2, you're pretty much dominated
