Sick minraise, call and check/fold turn. This looks like 78, maybe KQ, , Q8s JT or 99, but I doubt he would be min 4betting these on that board.

Villain took a pretty donkish, but strong line there. You're basically drawing to 4 outs, maybe some more if he's got 2p. I'd also call and try to get this to SD as cheaply as possible, fold to 1/2 pot on turn though. I don't like your minraise on flop, I'd raise close to the pot there, the board is too drawy to let him see cards this cheaply.
