when to go w/ QQ PF?

Im somewhat struggling with this lately as 3 betting and 4 betting are getting somewhat more common.

Here is the hand 2 4NL, 6 max
Villan is 19 16 2.5 over 500 hands
History, Ive been 3 betting somewhat frequently and he hasnt defended yet.

folded to villan on button who raises to 14
I 3 bet to 50, he 4 bets to 150

What if he is in mid pos? Easy fold?

How about against a 25 20 in either situation w/ no history?

Yeah I'd either shove here or crai on a non A/K flop. I tend to do the latter more actually.

what are your stack sizes it makes quite a difference if he commited himself with that 150 just let it go unless your confident that if you can see a non ak flop that youll be ahead

i think i might have folded QQ once or twice preflop in the past 500K hands. can't remember for sure though, maybe not.
