Villain is 72/18/1.7 over 41 hands, I haven't caught him bluffing or making light calldowns.

I think you get called by all manner of 2 pairs...unless u think BB has a set and missed c/raise twice...besides you said 72/18.... I raise this all day on river....

you have done a good job of keeping the pot small. i think of these situations like this. i would spend $14 here on the flop as a bluff, so instead i decide to play it slow and spend my $14 on the river as a value call, as i think you have reasonable equity v his range.

i see these situations as freerolls

(is my logic spewy?)

edit:

i think your hand is strong enough to raise here. the straight is not so likely
