Default garmin

I bought garmin a couple months back with the view that their satnav's will be a standard feature in new cars pretty soon. Given their relative inexpensiveness and incredible usefulness I'm really surprised they aren't in most new cars already.

If anyone has any knowledge of the industry, I'd be curious to hear their views on whether it's going to be garmin or another brand that dominates the market.

I agree with your statement, and think that a GPS system is worth the price. But really, it's not very cheap. I don't know if Garmin - the company - has any issues, but definitely think Garmin is the top GPS provider.
