Readless I'd probably let this go. Its a decent spot to check behind with any Queen or kings or aces if we are villain.

If he's got a hand like AK,AJ,etc. I don't understand why he wouldn't fire at the pot and attempt to take it down after 3 betting preflop.

I would call. I don't think he checks back AA/KK on this flop. That being said, if he has a hand here It's either AQ/KQ/JQ/QQ IMO. I am a huge station though FWIW.
