Poker Tracker Stats

I just started using Poker Tracker and realize it takes a large data sample to be able to make correct judgements, but what are typical tracker stats for VP$, PFR, TAF, etc? What's high? What's low?

Do you guys look more at Total aggresion factor or postflop aggression factor?

I apologize if this is a topic previously discussed, but I could not find a thread that specifically discussed in Search.
