Default 4b 99 pf now what?

When I shove here its to try and represent a hand, either AA or AK. I think this is the only correct play, and I realize that he is not calling with a worse hand. I also think that given reads villian might have slowplayed QQ/JJ pf and fold now. Is this +ev -ev or neutral ev against specified villian. For the sake of arguments sake lets say villian calls me with any K.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $30.65
BB: $30.00
Hero (UTG): $54.40
CO: $47.45
BTN: $69.70

Reads: Villian is BTN, he is very aggro and has a light 3b range pf against me. His cold call here worries me more than if he 5b AI. If he does that I probably snap his bet off here.

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $2.00, CO folds, BTN raises to $7.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $21.00, BTN calls $14.00

Flop: ($42.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets all-in for $33.40, BTN calls $33.40

Turn: ($109.55) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($109.55) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $109.55 ($2 Rake)

Hes not going to call you with any hand that you beat. What do you put him on?

I already said that in my introduction Capone. IMHO his range is VERY wide here and includes 99+ AQ+ but could even include the random SC every now and then. This particular session this was the third time he 3b me preflop.

*EDIT* Now that I think it about it more I think he is over shoving his smaller PPs like 99-JJ here. So basically it comes down to he has AQ+ or QQ+. He folds two of those hands to my shove and calls two of them.

I guess QQ/JJ could be a part of his range, but I really don't think he 3b/calls 4 with many other hands than AA/KK, maybe AK (which prob doesn't fold to the less than pot size bet), or QQ (which I think is a small part of his range)

edit: Just read the blue part, didn't before posting, so maybe(!) include QQ/JJ/SC, but I still think his range has you crushed

I'd say he has at least a king here when he calls.

I understand if he calls hes beating me....durrr....I am not being results oriented capone. I am trying to figure out if this shove is my only play given villian reads and my own hand.

calls 3(AK,AA,KK) folds 2(QQ,. AQ)

i thought it mite be spewy but like i said before villians 3b range is super light where as his c/4b range is a lot narrower. c/f flop seems so bad to me though. what would u think about a 4b AI here?

I agree, also don't like the 4bet, meant to mention that. I never really feel great about calling the 3 bet here out of position either, really just hoping to flop a 9 against most .25/.50 players, no?
