I think/thought, that he will have most of the time a pp here. He might also try float but w/o histroy i don't know... the turn gave as a fd what are the good news... the bad news are, that the 3 isn't a scarecard and that my fe shouldn't be that hight aight? So is it better to just check the turn here? |

Re: bad spot to semibluff turn?
I like it, youll get respect since youre an unknown aswell. I stoved it a bit and vs a normal peelingrange with some floats in there he has JJ beaten(good spot to draw the line?) about 50%, so he probably folds about that often. Checking is obv EV+ aswell though.

Are you calling his shove?

Re: bad spot to semibluff turn?
I like c/ring here if you suspect he might be floating for obvious reasons. This gets really awkward if you get raised or if you are called and you miss the river.

Re: bad spot to semibluff turn?
this is fine, we probably have 14+ outs here, if he calls i'd be inclined to bet the river, based on timing tells on the turn and river card etc

Re: bad spot to semibluff turn?
oh, i've just noticed that villain is short, that's obv not a good sign cos he's probably a fish and will call with 88-JJ. with these stacks, c/r ai might be better.

Re: bad spot to semibluff turn?
He will normally call with a Q, 7 or a pair higher than a 7. That's most of his range so I don't like this much.

Are you calling his shove? [/ QUOTE ] if the answer is yes, then i like it. otherwise i like a half pot or check / call up to a PSB. |

Re: bad spot to semibluff turn?
A bet on the turn is really bad. Most of the time he will raise or fold against your Bet and then your Outs arenīt important.
c/f or crai are the only logic lines |

(my experience w/ most of this kind of players) do we get anoth dead moeny in the pot vs. a unknown maybe weak player to make the crai ev+? it would be fine if you post your experience in spots like this |
