AJ faces river donk

Villain is 52/6/2 over a 50ish sample and I have been raising to isolate him a few times. The river was a tough decision and I would like to know what you would do.

Villain has a high AF on the river and so I guess is capable of bluffing considering the turn check but I really dont see what I beat on the river. With such a low pf raise, this could be AT, AQ, KJ, or Ax clubs, the only thing I beat is a bluff, correct?

I don't think it is as simple as that - I think of this as just a psb, what am I beating here, even vs a shortstack?
