Default 200nl: not a good spot, but I don\'t want to fold

no bigger games going so playing some 200.

have some history with this guy, hes called me down twice, once with QJ high in a 3bet pot on a AA678 board (i bet flop, check turn, pot river, he calls, i win with KK)and another when we were playing HU where I 3bet with QQ, and bet the flop, turn, shoved river, he called with 88 on J 9 7 3 3.
I have a note that says he bluffs the river 1/3 pot when he missed a draw.

Thats it. heres the hand.

6 handed nl200 100bb, basically he opens in the co to 8, i make it 28* with AKss, he calls

flop is Kh Th 5s, he check calls my $45 bet.

turn is the 8h and he instashoves.

Can I call this? I think he can maybe have KQh, like AhJ, something odd like that. But hes so loose and passive, would he ever shove those?

Am I ahead ever here?

*oops, 28 not 24

I would end up calling this, I think he is annoyed that you three bet him and he is trying to "out play you" by rep'in the flush.

That would be my thinking as I made the call... Is this a horrible call? Is it -EV to put a guy on a bluff here?
