Just to throw something out here, by my calculations, hero is getting the correct odds to call here preflop since there is "dead" money in the pot. Villain failed to bet a correct ammount here. Calling this bet is "very" marginal tho, and if we stack him each time, it's a +0.15$ call preflop. This is if we stack him each time we hit our set. So with that in mind, I would fold too. If villain would have raised to only 3 or something, the call would have been clear cut.
