help! need layout for NoIQPoker(Ipoker-skin)

hello, i need this layout http://www.planet-rayden.com/easy.jpg

for the pokersite "noiqpoker", it's a ipoker-skin.

this layout was made for titanpoker, but i can't use it with noiqpoker.

can someone help please?

iPoker table image should be 800x600 pixels, while this one is 792x594. Try to resize/resample it.
