I hate AA hands, but this one is fun. 2.20 Sat

We're totally readless, obviously due to early stages. I put him on a low PP or SC because that's my default range for late position callers on UTG raises :P. I'm UTG so everyone is seeing monsters this early. I was lucky to get calls at all. |

You ninja bumped it, don't lie.
Anyways, I make it 120 PF cuz it's easier to click to on the slider :S. There are mid pairs in his range, so call. I think you played it fine other than you could bet a little larger on both streets. That's just me nit picking though. |

I play it the same in a $2 like everytime. I like the raise to 100 in these early stages. After all we do want a caller when you have AA don't we. Also you can click the slider and still come up with 100

You want to get the other player all-in against your AA, so I don't know how you can play it any other way. I might make the flop 200, but you still got him all-in. I don't know if I can find a fold there.

I typically post hands like this when there's a pit in my gut as I call.
Here my, and you guys' read was right, but I was still closing my eyes and calling. |

When a villain makes a bet like this, I ask myself one question:
Why would he bet so much? Followed by a second question: Would he bet this much if he had a monster (i.e. trip kings). In micro-tournaments the answer is almost always no. He would slowplay, min-raise, etc. But do anything but overbet shove. Good call. |

Oh hell, when villains jam overbet any flop I'm:
A: Calling with TPAnyK B: Calling with MPGK C: Calling with any overpair (I bust a lot on this line, but I stack missed AT+ SO much more, so the move itself is +EV. |
