Default ME 2 preflop spots

Hand 1: Villain is a bracelet winner, pretty good player. He opens to 1200 in MP2, I have ATs in the CO with 10k behind. Easy push? Is calling out of the question? My image is pretty good, but I've repopped him PF 1 time before with not much. STill, he doesn't seem crazy and has been pretty quiet.

Hand 2: (bustout hand) 200/400/50, 1 hour into level. UTG is very loose and limps like 60% of hands, limps. Big stack in UTG1 who has been pretty snug I think (pretty young Indian looking guy, looks like he knows what he's doing), raises to 2k, folded to me and I have 88 in MP3 with 14k left. I shove. I figured he can still have AQ/AJ here that will fold, but otherwise I guess his range is 99+/AJ maybe KQ.
