Default Pokertracker and Table Selection

Before when I played, I just used PT to track my winnings and see what areas I do well in. I haven't really looked at it to plug leaks (mainly because I'm not sure how). Also, I never paid any attention to table selection. Now that I'm playing a lot more, I need to be doing these things...

How can I look at my PT stats and see where my biggest leaks are? (basically ways to analyze the stats)

What are things I should look for when trying to pick tables? (I play mainly limit and NL HE on stars)

google "seat selection holdem" or "table selection holdem" .... that should give you a number of good links to some good (non-2+2) articles.
