pull up bars
on another thread that i started, i was convinced to do some sort of compound exercises such as chin ups.
sooo, i need to get a chin up bar but amazon has so freaking many i have no idea what to get. any suggestions? |

Didn't read your other thread, but are you looking to stick one in your doorway or do you have an actual exercise room?
If you have an exercise room I'd get one of those leg-up, pull-up, dip stations. |

I dont think doorway ones are worthwhile because they can damage your doorframe

make sure you are on the part close to the hinge or you might have some major leverage going on which couldnt be good for the door
