This seems to be something of an issue of contention, would like to see a definative answer for myself.

I'm guessing someone did that for FTP too. Even though FTP Doug has been doing an outstanding job as a representative on here, the slow and mediocre e-mail support makes it on the lower end of poker sites' support. PokerStars, on the other hand, has absolutely fantastic support overall. They're the type of site that "always does the right thing".

It depends how you measure it. Party's bad support does a good job of keeping away good players and keeps the games fishy. Stars on the other hand has good support but attracts nits. Therefore I voted Party because I think fish > support.
