Default Magglio Ordonez... a fluke?

Should we expect this guy to come back to Earth?

Dayn Perry makes some great points and I am inclined to agree.

At least he is right, which is more than I can say about 95% of baseball writers for ESPN, Fox, SI, etc.

Pretty sure Maggs is just fitting in really well at Detroit, and with Pudge and all the great chemistry in their clubhouse you get this kind of result.

Also, think of how much easier it is to hit with a real "player's manager" steering the ship.

What do you expect? He's a good veteran presence in the clubhouse. Good veteran players like him ooze chemistry.

like two weeks into the season dayn perry wrote an article talking about some of the craziest "on pace for"s of the young season, which is a fine article whatever. but then he decided to spend half the article discussing whether or not those "on pace for"s were likely to hold all season or not.

will josh beckett go 35-0??? dayn perry investigates!
