Default $1/$2 200bb deep. Bottom 2 on monotone board

I've been playing pretty LAG and taking a lot of pots. Villain has been playing fairly solid.
Don't have the exact HH but I doctored one to show all the important details, which might be why the freakin converter wouldn't work. Anyway...

Full Tilt Poker Game #2580089927: Table Folsom (6 max) - $1/$2 - No Limit Hold'em - 3:05:04 ET - 2007/06/04

Seat 3: nelsonsheu ($200)

Seat 6: TRUKILLA187 ($200)

JS2 posts the big blind of $2
The button is in seat #3
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to smittyuiop [8c 5c]
TRUKILLA187 folds
wutuptho folds
smittyuiop raises to $7
nelsonsheu folds
anabel123 raises to $24
JS2 folds
smittyuiop calls $17
*** FLOP *** [Qs 8s 5s]
anabel123 bets $32
smittyuiop raises to $94
nelsonsheu raises to $305

Preflop I felt like he was protecting a strong but maybe vulnerable hand against what he assumed (correctly) to be my wide range of hands, and this deep I figured I'd call with a somewhat deceptive hand. Flop don't see how I can do anything but raise his lead. Stick it in here? Assuming I shove and he calls gotta put $300 into pot of $550 (almost 1.8 to 1).

He could have..
QQ - I'm 0.2%
AsA or KsK - dead heat, I'm 49%
AsK or AsJ - I'm 64%
AsQ - 49%
88 or 55 - looking fugly
Flush - 17%
88-JJ with a spade

What do you put him on? How do you read the fact that he 3-bet instead of just shoved. I felt like it looks a lot stronger that a shove and hence meant he's doing it to try and induce a fold?
