the all in player is irrelevant here. i don't bet because of the board texture and being c/r here big means you have to fold, which sucks.

I check here because one player is all in. If you semi-bluff here you still have to go to showdown anyway so the only time I would bet here is for value.

Why irrelevant?
What good does a turn bet do here? If villain folds we are heads up with all in. Our fold equity is effectively 0.
