Default 100nl: Bottom 2 pair on dangerous board against maniac

I was discussing this hand with a MSNL player, wondering what the best line is. Decided to post it here too.

Villain here is 82/27/2 over 110+ hands. I've been limping a lot, trying to see cheap flops to stack him.

I want to see what different lines people think are optimal here, given that its hard to find a fold against a player like this, but its obviously a very dangerous board.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP ($204.03)
CO ($159.78)
Button ($150.50)
Hero ($140.58)
BB ($27.50)
UTG ($133.51)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $3.5</font>, Button calls $3.50, Hero calls $3, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($11.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $13</font>, Button folds, Hero calls $13.

Turn: ($37.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $23</font>, Hero calls $140.08 (All-In), CO folds.

Final Pot: $200.58

I think betting the flop and playing fast gets you more action here.....Stackadonk is great in this spot, lead the flop, CRAI the turn.

Generally a flop raise on a 3 flush board is interpreted as a likely flush draw here...

If you are going to raise the turn, I raise to around 70 and call a shove.

You really have to bet this flop, especially with this player behind in a multiway pot. As played i guess turnline is fine, raise smaller though.
