[50nl] 2 hands vs same villain, outplayed, played crap.. or ok?
Reads: <font color="blue">villains 40/21/1.5 (~150) he loves to play connecters and chases draws.

Re: [50nl] 2 hands vs same villain, outplayed, played crap.. or ok?
hand 1: id probably raise the flop, your not really gettin good odds to call for OESD and I think we still have some FE in a raise. River looks standard tho.
hand 2: If you think villian is chases then id def b/f this turn. As played river is close cause we have shown so much weakness but since alot of draws got there probably ok to c/f but im not sure w/ the weak bet. |

Re: [50nl] 2 hands vs same villain, outplayed, played crap.. or ok?
hand 1: imo fine b/c against a station yo´ll get value if you hit.
hand2: as played i´m calling the river. it´s only a small bet and you have showed so much weakness on the turn. I´rather b/f turn though. |

Re: [50nl] 2 hands vs same villain, outplayed, played crap.. or ok?
Hand 1: looks ok. Raising flop sometimes is ok. Turn check is ok. As played, I'm folding river.
Hand 2: I like to think for a moment, then fire turn for ~$13. Pretty much check/folding from there, though. As played, Villain could easily be trying to squeeze value from a J, T, random PP, or be bluffing outright. Sure he has a flush/Q here sometimes, but at 2:1 a call is ok sometimes depending on history. |

Re: [50nl] 2 hands vs same villain, outplayed, played crap.. or ok?
I think I would have bet turn in hand 1. He might fold and maybe you'll get a cheap showdown.
Hand 2 is tough, maybe it is a good fold. I'm also not sure if the strategy that you are adopting is the best to deal with someone who chases draws. I would be more agressive with my bigger hands, but you seem to be playing them more passively and slower. |
