The str8 <89> and bd flush just came in, if he had a 7, 10 or a flop GS and turned pair (i.e. QJ), he's more likely to check behind. Bad players don't value bet these hands. He's more likely to value bet hands that have u beat, and unlikely to bluff raise, so i think b/f is the best line here.
