villian is very tight when there is a raise but i have raised his blind several times in a row now

Fold preflop, dont bet the flop and now you have 11 strong outs and possibly 13 so thats between 1.1/1 and 1.5/5 depending on wheter a 5 which will give you 2 pair isnt cancelled out on a higher paired board although the chances are slim. Your getting just over 1.5/1 on the call so i think its a fine call however you should never bet that flop and just C/R all in to make the move more profitable as youll have some fold equity although not alot because his hand is pretty transparent.
