Looks like an easy shove to me, Empire's range is pretty wide as this is a really obvious squeeze spot, and BB has maniacal stats and is shoving probably a ton of hands.

I would have shoved if it was just EM ... but altho the guys stats are fishy and he's prob somewhat donkish, is 28 hands rly enough?

I think I'd fold, you have very little invested + so few hands on the guy pushing. I think this type of move (with anything less than like JJ) is pretty abnormal even for someone really running close to 65/35 unless he's shoved pf a few times before recently (which I assume you would have mentioned) or is shorter than this.

If EM2 has been 3betting a ton from the SB or just raising that guy up a lot I think there's a case for going with this hand, but otherwise with so little of your own stack invested I think the times he shows up with AA/KK outweigh the dead money in the pot. Also that money that may not even be dead, EM2 or more rarely the button could have AA/KK here sometimes, or at the very least someone else might have AK which would cut down your odds dramatically against the BB's any pocket pair.
