Suggestion for combining files each containing individual hands? (wpx)

World Poker Exchange saves each hand history in an individual file, even for tournaments. This makes it tedious to review hand histories, because you have to open each and every file.

Can someone suggest a program that would combine all the hands into a single file, in chronological order?
