I saw a flier today for a lost dog, reward 100 dollars. Im thinking that if i start stealing rich people's dogs and make it look like they ran away, i might just get rich. I cant really see any flaws to this plan.

what is the penalty if you get caught. i might do this but i have to plan out risk vs reward. and do people pay for cats. i think cats would be easier because they are pussies.

or, if you see someones dog wandering around...

don't tel them. don't give it back to them right away. keep it for a bit, until they are desperate and offer reward. this is flawless; if someone comes to your house and says "hey wtf are you doing with that dog?" you say, "oh, it just came to my house earlier today! I was just about to call the owner!"

new idea: if someone does pay for a lost cat, just get a free one from someone and paint it correctly!
