PT add-on: APQ Advanced PokerTracker Queries

Has anyone tried this program? It's a freeware addon for PT which shows you:
# "What hands" and "how often" does a player raise this hand by position.
# "What hands" does a player preflop limp-reraise with?

Could anyone try it and tell me if you get it working? I get a BEGIN command failed: connection pointer is NULL, but I'm not sure how to configure it.
Which host? localhost? which port?

i guess u have a regular pokertracker db, so select this in the dropdown field, host, port etc are not necessary, just click add database.

but it doesnt work for me either, no data is shown when i enter a screenname.
