3-bet = re-raise
4-bet = re-re-raise

Example from a thread, MPs preflop reraise is a 3bet. If hero were to reraise that would be a 4 bet

SB: $127.00
BB: $422.70
UTG: $176.00
Hero (UTG+1): $484.10
MP1: $499.30
MP2: $478.20
CO: $352.70
BTN: $419.60

Preflop: Hero is dealt K K (8 Players)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $14.00, MP1 raises to $48.00, MP2 folds, CO folds, BTN folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $34.00

Flop: ($102) Q 4 Q (2 Players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks

Turn: ($102) Q 4 Q 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $56.00, Hero calls $56.00

River: ($214) Q 4 Q 9 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $84.00, MP1 calls $84.00

Pot Size: $382.00 ($3 Rake)
