Hypothetical NFL Bet

Suppose you were going to make the following NFL Prop bet for the 2007 season:

Number of Steelers wins vs. Number of Ravens wins

What do you folks think is a fair spread on this bet? Pretty obviously the steelers should be the dog, but by how many games?

I'd be happy to take PIT +1.5. I think the difference is about .65 wins.
