Default 5-10 twice a week game, stacks are playing real deep (5 dimes)

Ok Ild love some feed back. I went into the tank on the river on this hand (something i never do, i ussually act very quick even in no limit) for about 5 minutes. Here's a little back info. The game plays in a basement, twice a week. Very good game, with a real decent player turnover, which means at 6 am, which is when this mess took place, there is a ton of money spread out between the survivors. Game 5 handed, virtually every pot is opened with min $50. Folded to me on the button, I pop to $60 with J10s. Only BB calls ( Moh, older guy, plays weak but for the years ive sat across a table from him, he is never afraid to shove in a lot of money in marginal situations especially at me, whom he thinks (knows) I am a fan of a good bluff.) Only me and Moh see the flop. Flop comes 249 giving me a flush draw. I bet about the pot, I think it was 1 bill. I talk a lot with Moh in the pot, and he says something about "having a really nutty draw" (I believe him) Turn spikes 8. We go check check. River comes K. Moh bets 150. I tank. What to do? Ild love some feedback, on how i played any of these streets. (I literally tanked on the river for 5 mins). I must point out that the K did not bring in any flushes. Thanks guys, hit me back.

One billion was a slight overbet don't you think?

Bet close to the pot on the turn, to relieve him of his draw if he has one. If he just has a pair he may fold too. U have a massive draw in position, even if he has the flush draw and it hits on the river ur going busto. Need to get that out on the turn and any small pairs may fold the turn also. BET! the turn. As played fold or bluff raise descent. Since ur image is a bit aggro fold.

I ended up calling him on the river and he quickly threw his hand to the muck. I told him that i had only J High but refused to show him. He said he had 35 with the same flush draw. Looking back on the hand, if i knew well enough on the river that he was drawing and was drawing to both a lower straight and lower flush. How do i not be the turn? Do you feel that there is more value in betting the turn hard (as a value bet not a semibluff) or in just pealing off the river for free and hoping that he both make the same flush, perhaps getting paid off huge! ??????
