Default My first HSMTT hand, stars $300 turn decision

I suck at using hand converters so bear with me. Still pretty early and no reads on opponent other than his preflop limp/call. What is a good plan for this turn situation, lead out and call push, check-raise, or check-fold?

I opted to check-raise and he held K8 and I held. I wasn't sure if betting again would get action from worse hands which is what I was trying to do considering there is a few hands in his range beating me.

57/67/87/89 are a huge part of his range, why would you check?

if you floated the flop with any of those hands and I check to you on the turn, which ones do you check behind with and which ones would you bet? I think the only hands that take a free card are 57 and 67

don't post results this early. let the time to the hand to be discussed.

for the hand I think might just put him all in. He'll call you with all sort of draws or 1 pair hand+str8 draw

I'd probably take it with all of them. Oh and calling with pair and straight draw isn't really floating. If I were actually floating the flop, then I'm betting almost all the time here since the point of floating the flop is to take the pot down later.
