Villain is tag and we have no history together.
Flop could have been a fold, but i had to give up some pots lately and i don`t think my hand is that bad here.
Turn was a great card for me, on the rivermy hand is totally underrepped, but i don`t think he`s betting a worse K here very often and i don`t know what he`s bluffing.

Not sure what hes checking back the turn with that he will then value bet on the river...

I don't mind a call here, he can certainly show up with a complete airball.

If i have no read on a Vilain i assume that he`s ableto play poker. This means on the flop the range which beats me
are:
AA,AK,KK,JJ,K3,J3 unlikely cause pf the pre action
KJ,33 more likely
and as a draw QT

After his check behind on turn i think the mostlikely hand which beats me is AK. and QT gets more likely, too.

Why should he raise me on flop and check turn behind? Does he try to inducea bluff on the river which he wants to catch up with his set?

Without history I prefer folding here. Your line screams one pair (and of course, KQ = AK = AJ in this spot) which intends to call and while he may have been taking a stab on the flop with a lesser holding I should imagine this river bet is pretty much always for value.
