Lurker exiting the Closet - Help me not suck (Seriuosly, help me)

Im OwnzorMcPwn on FTP and I have a problem.
Recently it seems like a just cant win.

Ive lurked around these forums for a while, but have never been an active poster here, but unless someone else is making a "Help me not suck" thread, looks like Ill have to start this one myself. Basically, I play 2/4 NL at FTP, and have lost like 4k over 15K hands this month or something, largely because of tilt after losing something stupid like a 60/40 and having trouble refocusing. I keep checking the cashier, and its just going down down down. How do you remove yourself emotionally from the game? Im no tuff fish, but Ive had my fair share of retarded stackoffs and aweful bluffs.

I have a hard time dealing with the games because of increased aggression, and knowing when to be stacking off light, and when to actually make a laydown in such an aggro game.

What styles (VPIP/PFR/AF) are people playing successfully in 2/4 games at FTP?

Does anyone have specific advice for me based on my play, Im sure plenty of you have taken buyins off of me in the past,but if you dont hurry up and plug a few of my leaks for me,there wont be any more money for me to give away!

This is really disorganized but I feel like my game is the worst it's been in 4months, and I just need some advice. I used to be beating 1/2 easily, and even 2/4 has gone okay at times, but I get too involved in the daily swings where I lost a few thousand dollars and cant help but notice its alot of money.

I'd like to really get my game together and hit the ground running for July, aiming at 30-40K hands 4tabling for the month (~ 4hrs a day)(I was planning on making all my summer money from poker...)

guess im wrong. just checked stats. they look fine. doesn't say much about your play, though you could probably play with a bit more finesse

or like 25/20, and am comfortable with either,

don't check the cashier while you are in the middle of a session, it just depresses/tilts you if you are down or were up and now are not up as much.

I only have 296 hands on you, but I have a note that says, "might spew in 3-bet pots in position"

However when i looked through actual hands, it i didn't notice anyting too bad, so i'm not sure how i got that impression.
