Making a Video some Problems

I have the video all recorded through Camtasia and it works fine but I go to Virtual Dub and it the error message that it "Cannot detect file type" when I try and load the file produced by Camtasia (comes out as a .camrec) can anyone help?

The .camrec file is the raw recording. Open that in Camtasia Studio and export as desired file type (avi, flv, wmv, mov, etc)
