Villain is unknown:

Sorry about having to show the results but for some reason no other site is converting this hand correctly.

Easy fold right?

Actually, it's a pretty easy call. You're getting almost 3:1 (you only have ~$30 left), and Villain isn't really all that likely to have flopped a flush or a set (or to have rivered a straight with, say, 77).

Villain is a show-off, though. I guess he's counting on catching some big hands that you'll now pay him off for, or maybe he's hoping to put you on tilt.

Actually, I suppose he's probably just really proud of his "ballsy" $30 bluff. In fact, his turn call was rather dubious, though (as was his preflop call), and while the river bluff is I guess worth a shot, it should really only work against AhKx (which often won't bet the turn), and, to be honest, I'd stop and think before folding even that. (It's not exactly shocking that Villain had a naked broadway heart.)
