Why are internet poker players cocky [censored]?
Ok seeing people make blogs about their winnings or talking/bragging about their winrates is one thing...but this is just pathetic.
I used to respect hallinggol as a player as I came up the limits, and you all sucked his dick. I still think he's a good player (but bad at HU NL). When I first started playing around in high stakes and with headsup last year he was the first guy I really started playing. I respected his game and learned a lot from him while playing. I ran good and won a lot. He was totally fine and never bitched if I had to leave or anything. Then near the end of last year we had a session where I played good/ran good/he tilted like a monkey where I won like 23 buyins off him in one session 4 tables. He accused me of cheating on AIM which I laughed at but not too much as you can't really be condescending against someone you just won so much money against (usually). Then a [censored] load of people I know who were at PCA come to me online telling me that Hallinggol was just running around telling everyone that I'm a dirty cheater and found a way to hack pokerstars (lol). Anyways I didn't play him again for about 6 months as I had a 40 buyin downswing on 25/50 due to bad play and bad luck (its always a combo of both eh). I also cashed out half my roll before that so I was hurting. I've been grinding 5/10 and 3/6 and now back to 10/20 since then and we played one table heads up yesterday. As usual I was flopping nuts and he was paying them off every time, and when I was bluffing he always folded. Not trying to say I'm the best HU player or anything, but I atleast know how to beat this guy. I won around 6 buyins one table 10/20 in that session vs him. The last few hands resulted in me bluffing him big on the river and him folding and me showing both times. Now he's accusing me of cheating big time and demanding I give him his 200k back (lol). Now...I'm not going to waste my time listing all the reasons why if I was really able to hack pokerstars why he would never ever even know me and never be able to find out I was doing it...cause even if you just think about a couple of those reasons its blatantly obvious that he got beat straight up and he is just a sore sour-puss of a loser. I used to respect his game, didn't know him as a person. Now I have no respect for his game (hu atleast), and I totally have no respect for him as a person. why are they cocky?
maybe because they went from being regular schmucks who were smart to driving fast cars and traveling wherever they want around the world? as for accusations of cheating he's obviously deluded but what can you do

Rekrul is a good player and theres no way he cheated, like he said if he was a cheater why would he have a 40bi ds, and only try to take money off of H@LL?
I also had a 40 bii ds and thought thatd never happen to anyone else in that game.
