Default $10 Blind Steal Bubble Trouble

We got to 4-handed very early in the tournament, had been basically passing around the blinds for quite a while, though I was trying to be more aggressive than the others.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t30/t60
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: t2050
Button: t1755
SB: t3075
BB: t6620

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is UTG with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t160</font>, Button folds, SB calls t130 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t250)</font>, BB folds.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (t380, 2 players)
SB checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets t180</font>, SB calls t180 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t560)</font>.

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (t740, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (t740, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets t300</font>, Hero...

Do I have to pay off what looks like an obvious flush?
