Why don't people like Joel Osteen?

Especially southern Baptist. I really like Joel and think he's a great preacher, I enjoy his positive sermons. Yes, he does preach 100% out of the Bible. I have looked up the verses he quotes and they are all accurate. So what is it? Why don't people like Joel Osteen? Thanks

I don't think he's bad, but he doesn't give you the whole picture. He only preaches "feel good" sermons. There are plenty of important Biblical topics that are not so feel good, but he doesn't preach on them.

I think he has a lot of good stuff to say, but he shouldn't be your only source of Christian information.
