Default Post here if you\'ve ever used a colored ball during a round of golf

Seriously.

I have one friend who uses an orange ball from time to time, we call it "the ball of shame"

I am curious why any MAN would ever use a colored ball?

(Ladies, you are excused)

I am partially color blind and can see some neon balls better than white balls. Especially slightly dirty white balls.

WTF, who cares what color the ball is?

I grew up playing in the 80s, back then colored balls were ALL the rage. Hell, there was a brief spell where tour pros were using them in tournaments! No joke.

Also, I was fond of the dual-colored balls that Ping made. I think it was Ping, right? There was like a purple & white one and an orange and green one or something like that. Takes me back.

If Rodney Dangerfield can use an orange ball why can't I?

Can anyone find a photo of a PGA pro, past or present, using a colored ball?

I would pay a little money to see that.

(The ping balls were kinda cool, I will admit that)

I use them. I have an astimagtism called nystagmus. Makes tracking a ball in flight hard. It's a little easier with some colored balls.
