Sponge runner?

So some dude called my wife a "sponge runner" the other day.

I googled, I urban dictionaried, nothing.

I need to know if I should find this guy for a thorough beat down or laugh and start calling her that all the time.

The analytical response from wasted youth of watching seinfeld.

A sponge is a contraceptive method used by women, hence if she is a 'sponge runner' (Pretend I use rabbit ears here) she would constantly be having sex and e.g a 'cum mop' as another poster so eloquently vocated it.
