When you ckick on promotions in cashier and then you chose the Ironman promotion, which do you want to chose the freeroll tournament, earning medals or no thanks?

the free roll equity will be deducted from your MGR if you are getting rake back... otherwise the free roll is great with lots of players busting out early and many not even showing up to play and blinding out.

The medals are always nice and don't effect your MGR depending on how you spend them. I have been taking the medals lately since i slept thru 2 ironman tourneys myself heh.

How do you get ironman status? Do you have to play a little every day?

Maybe it depends on the tier - for the Iron freerolls, you can count on just about everybody being there.

Incorrect - there were plenty of no-shows at the last Iron Man freeroll. One of them even cashed (top 90 paid - finished 90th with 10 chips left and all-in in the BB next hand when someone busted 91st).
