What are my options?

As some of you may know from my other thread, I'm being evicted. I got a notice of non-renewal of my lease and I need to have my stuff out of here by July 31st.

I'm also watching my parents chihuahua while they are over in Guatemala doing missionary work, and I got a notice saying I'm being fined $300 for having a pet without paying the 'pet fee'.

What are the consequences if I do not pay this fine?
