Default teach me: when to resteal?

First of all I want to apologize for my terrible english. Oke, here we go. I want to know more about the re-steal. It's a move that isn't yet in my repertoire. Basicly because I hate to reraise people with crap in my hands.

So tell me:
- Do you need some kind of a hand or not?
- Do you use it only in the bubble stage (or later) or right from te beginning?
- What are the ideal circumstances to make this play?
- Is it also for minor buy-in mtt's or will you get called there too often? Or is it only for the "bigger" mtt's.
- How often are you making this move? Once or twice in a mtt or more?
- Does your M has anything to do with your decision?
- How big is your reraise?

Please, can someone write a nice article with all the do's and dont's, hints and tips, about the re-steal. Because I see them being used so much... and I am not..
